Lenox is a clear winner!
August 05, 2026We’ve had another brand of mini split for 15+ years (constant repairs/replacements/adding coolant) but the Lenox mini splits are a huge step up. These units are quiet, have multiple settings for air distribution and actually change the temperature dramatically - to the temperature you desire. The outdoor unit is much smaller than our former brand and the wiring from the mini splits to the outdoor unit is a direct line feed to individual, dedicated ports - the junction box is not needed. Lenox is a clear winner!!

August 01, 2026Product is performing well. Performing as I had expected. The "Smart" part of this product is lacking. The Smartthings app really only allows turning the device on or off. When using any of the scheduling features the device is reset to defaults. I have to set the device the way I would like it to be at the moment. I can see temperature and humidity but am not able to set schedules accordingly as the app suggests is possible.
